Damac launches two new residential developments in the Dubai community

Damac Properties, a leading UAE-based developer, has announced two new openings within its Damac Hills 2 master community in Dubai: The Farmhouses and Verona.

The Farmhouses series brings a unique concept to Dubai, offering enormous country residences in the heart of the city. It will include 13 independent homes, with adequate rear space for homeowners to establish horse stables, barnyards, hydroponic gardens, a yoga retreat, and a private outdoor cinema.

Verona, a new residential cluster adjacent to the Victoria cluster, will contain rows of townhomes. It will provide people with a living sanctuary in the midst of cutting-edge facilities such as water parks, sports activities, and more.

"Damac Hills 2 is becoming increasingly popular as a one-stop shop for fun activities for residents of all ages." "In addition to the abundance of fitness and sports amenities, the community offers an array of amenities suited for today's citizens," stated Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President of Damac Properties.

"We are pleased to broaden our offering in an exclusive and all-inclusive community living experience that is unique to the city of Dubai with the latest launches," McLoughlin said.

Damac Hills 2 is the developer's second master development, after Damac Hills and preceding Damac Lagoons, the third master community. The community just welcomed a slew of new amenities, bringing Californian coast vibes to Dubai for residents to enjoy.

"Among the new features are a waterpark, a bird aviary, and a variety of sports fields, pitches, and courts." "The Glossy Ibis, Sun Conures, Vulturine Guineafowl, Rose-ringed Parakeet, Western bronze-naped Pigeons, Splendid Starlings, Blackcap Babblers, Lemon Doves, and Black-bellied Sandgrouse will all visit the bird aviary," McLoughlin stated.

Residents in Water Town can enjoy the laid-back Californian ambiance of Malibu Beach, which was named after its predecessor, Malibu Bay in Damac Hills.

"While children can enjoy the wave pool and splash pads, adults can relax on the lazy river." "There are also VIP and regular cabanas, a big screen TV, a juice bar, a beach volleyball court, a surround sound system and a DJ booth at Malibu Beach," he added.

"Other amenities include community-built sports fields, an outdoor cinema, a dog park, a petting farm, and a jogging and cycling track." There are also tennis and basketball facilities, a cricket pitch and large open spaces in Central Park where residents may practise yoga or other types of physical activities', he added.

In addition, the community has opened two nurseries, and its community mall is fully leased. It has a Carrefour supermarket, eateries, and other retail outlets.

The Pavillion Park, where children can play outdoor snakes and ladders and chess, a spider net climbing frame, a maze, and a playground are among the upcoming amenities at the community, while families can enjoy barbeques at the picnic areas and large open grass area and amphitheatre. According to the developer, other plans include a new paintball area, a boating lake, and a surf pad.

Damac Hills 2, which opened in 2014, now has over 29,000 people and follows in the footsteps of Damac's first master community, Damac Hills. Damac Lagoons, the developer's third master development in Dubai, is set to open in late 2021.
